Being in the business for more than 25 years we have come across many projects and most of them different. We have learned to plan, set goals and address the most difficult areas of the project first.
Our estimates are free of charge. In this initial consultation we learn about the project needs and your expectations.
- All items that can’t be moved are covered with plastic and/or drop painters sheets
- All floors are protected with plastic, paper and tape.
- All exterior or interior surfaces have to be free of dust, dirt and mold
- All peeling paint is to be scraped and removed
- All walls and doors are to be lightly sanded before priming or painting
- Patched or repaired interior walls are to be sanded and primed.
- All delicate surfaces are to be taped and protected with Low-Adhesive Tape
